1. Introduction

These terms and conditions (“Terms”) govern the relationship between Usobi (“the Agency,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) and the client (“the Client,” “you,” or “your”) regarding the recruitment services provided by the Agency. By engaging our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

2. Services Provided

The Agency agrees to provide recruitment services to the Client, including but not limited to candidate sourcing, screening, interviewing, and placement for open positions specified by the Client.

3. Client Obligations

The Client agrees to provide accurate and complete information regarding open positions, job requirements, and company culture. Timely feedback and communication are essential for the successful collaboration between the Agency and the Client.

4. Hiring Timeline and Candidate Presentation

The Agency will work diligently to present qualified candidates within an agreed-upon timeline. The number of candidates presented may vary based on the complexity and urgency of the hiring needs. In the event that suitable candidates are not identified within the initial presentation, the Agency will collaborate with the Client to refine the search criteria.

5. Fees and Payment

Fees for the recruitment services will be outlined in a separate agreement between the Agency and the Client. Payment terms and any additional costs, such as advertising fees or background checks, will be clearly communicated. Invoices are due upon receipt.

6. Candidate Guarantee and Replacement

The Agency offers a satisfaction guarantee on placements. If a candidate placed by the Agency does not meet the Client’s expectations within a specified period, the Agency will work with the Client to address concerns. If necessary, the Agency will provide a replacement candidate at no additional cost.

7. Confidentiality

Both parties agree to maintain the confidentiality of sensitive information exchanged during the recruitment process. This includes, but is not limited to, company strategies, candidate details, and hiring plans.

8. Termination of Services

Either party may terminate the engagement with written notice. Termination fees may apply as outlined in the separate agreement between the Agency and the Client.

9. Legal Compliance

The Agency agrees to conduct its services in compliance with all applicable laws and regulations related to recruitment and employment practices.

10. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of [Your Jurisdiction]. Any disputes arising under or in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in [Your Jurisdiction].

11. Amendments

The Agency reserves the right to amend these Terms with prior notice to the Client.
